You understand that non-payment information may be transmitted through different networks or systems and may be reformatted as reasonably necessary to meet network, device, or technical requirements.
Payment information is generally processed by third-party payment providers under their own security standards and privacy policies.

You are responsible for determining appropriate pet food, feeding times, and portions based on your pet’s species, age, weight, health, dietary requirements, and veterinary recommendations.
The Site may include historical information that no longer reflects current circumstances. Historical information is provided only for reference.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, we are not obligated to continuously update all historical content.
Section 5 — Changes to Products, Prices, and Services
Product prices, shipping charges, free-shipping thresholds, promotions, discounts, inventory, specifications, functions, and Services may change periodically.
Unless advance notice is required by applicable law, a change may be made without prior notice.
The merchandise subtotal, discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and final payment amount are the amounts displayed and accepted at checkout.
Price changes generally do not affect an order that has been confirmed and entered normal processing, except in circumstances involving:
- An obvious pricing error;
- A system or display error;
- An inventory error;
- Payment failure;
- Fraud or security risk;
- Incorrect or unauthorized use of a promotional code or offer;

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively through Dunutripet.com.
Products may be available in limited quantities and are subject to our:
- Shipping Policy;
- Return Policy;
- Refund Policy.
DrnutriPet’s principal product is a smart automatic pet food feeder and related accessories.
Specific functions may vary based on product model, region, software version, firmware version, network environment, and service availability.
A product page may describe features such as:

- Feeding history;
- Food-level notifications;
- Blockage or error notifications;
- Application control;
- Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connectivity;

Only a function expressly described on the relevant product page is an intended feature of that product.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may:
- Limit purchase quantities per customer or household;
- Limit sales to a geographic region;

It does not replace:
- Responsible pet care;
- Regular checks by an owner or caregiver;
- Adequate drinking water;
- Advice from a qualified veterinarian;
- Necessary medical care;
- Manual feeding during an emergency.
Do not treat the smart feeder as the only food safeguard for a pet during an extended absence.

- Regularly confirming that food was actually dispensed;
- Observing whether the pet actually eats;

- Keeping food fresh;
- Checking the dispensing path for blockages;

- Maintaining network access where a function requires connectivity;
- Regularly cleaning the food bowl and food-contact components;
- Checking whether a pet moved, bit, scratched, or damaged the product;

- Following product instructions and safety warnings.
During an extended absence, arrange for a responsible person to check:
- The pet;

- Pets likely to damage or overturn the device;
- Pets requiring continuous human observation.
Consult a qualified veterinarian regarding a pet’s diet, illness, medication, or health requirements.

Use only pet food permitted by the product instructions.
Unless expressly permitted by the instructions, do not use:

- Preventing grease, crumbs, and food buildup;
- Preventing mold, insects, and contamination;
- Replacing stale food;
- Drying washable parts before reassembly;
- Installing each component correctly;
- Using a compatible power adapter and voltage;
- Protecting electrical components from water and excessive moisture;
- Avoiding unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
Problems caused by incompatible food, improper cleaning, insufficient maintenance, pet activity, liquid exposure, an incorrect power supply, or failure to follow instructions may not be considered product defects.
Section 9 — Product Placement
Place the smart automatic pet food feeder:
- On a stable, level surface;
- In a dry indoor location;
- Away from heat and open flame;
- Away from prolonged direct sunlight;
- Away from water and excessive moisture;

- Where cables do not create chewing or tripping risks;
- Where it can be regularly inspected and cleaned.
Do not place the product:
- Near the edge of stairs;
- On unstable furniture;
- Outdoors;
- In a bathroom or high-humidity environment;
- In an area subject to standing water;

Do not assume that the following are always complete, immediate, or error-free:
- Application notifications;
- Feeding records;
- Online status;
- Food-level status;
- Camera images;
- Error notifications;
- Other remote device information.
Even if an application indicates that a feeding command was transmitted or completed, you should regularly confirm that food was dispensed and that the pet is eating normally.
Section 12 — Software and Firmware Updates
We may provide Site, application, software, cloud-service, or device-firmware updates.
An update may:
- Correct an error;
- Improve security;
- Improve reliability;
- Improve compatibility;
- Add a feature;

Failure to install a necessary update may affect:
- Product performance;
- Network connectivity;
- Account security;
- Device compatibility;
- Customer support;
- Connected features.
Where reasonably practicable, we will seek to avoid using an update to unreasonably reduce a purchased product’s core functions. However, security, legal, technical, or third-party-service changes may require adjustments to certain features.
Section 13 — Camera, Microphone, and Audio Features
If your product includes a camera, microphone, speaker, voice-call, or recording feature, you are responsible for using it lawfully.
You may not:

Section 31 — Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and related agreements are governed by and interpreted under the applicable laws having jurisdiction over the DrnutriPet operation and relevant transaction, without applying conflicting choice-of-law principles.
If a dispute arises from these Terms, the Site, a product, or the Services, you and DrnutriPet agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith communication and informal discussion.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to a court, regulatory authority, or other legally recognized dispute-resolution body with lawful jurisdiction.
Nothing in this Section affects a consumer’s right to seek relief from a local court, regulator, or other competent body under mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable in the consumer’s place of residence.
