The new one works perfectly. It’s easy to connect and program through the app, and the portion control is perfect (unlike a previous one I had that was WAY off). I like the stainless steel bowl and the fact that the chute does not obstruct part of the bowl, so it’s easy for my cat to eat without having to navigate around it.I highly recommend this feeder if you’re looking for one!

This smart feeder is fantastic! The 4L capacity is perfect. Setting it up through the app via Wi-Fi was seamless. I love that the food-contact surfaces are stainless steel, making them clean, hygienic, and very easy to wash. It’s well worth the money and highly recommended for busy pet parents!
Only thing I do not like is that the bowl is too deep for a cat bowl and my cat is getting whisker fatigue. She will eat out of it if she has no other option but more readily eats the food when I put it in a bowl with a lower lip. Not sure if there is a good solution other than buying from a brand that has cat friendly bowls.
