Customer Reviews
This automatic cat feeder works perfectly and has been very reliable about dispensing food right on time. I love that you can adjust the amount of food it dispenses, which makes it easy to customize portions for your cats.
I love this automatic feeder for my kittens. It is ideal for when you cannot be at home.
Perfect for my cat. Easy to install, no issues since we got it, very sturdy.
This dispenser is very light, meaning if you have animals that like to rub up against stuff it will easily tip over. There have been numerous times my cats have removed and scattered the dishes that are supposed to be attached to the dispenser (and yes I have checked every time that the dishes *click* in place, but somehow my cats constantly remove them to try to force food out--freakin fat a**es) OR they would knock over the dispenser. I've had this product for about 5 months, and unfortunately my two troublemaking cats are too much for it. If you have a calmer cat that doesn't want to watch the world burn you might have better luck with it.
We have one cat and we do quite a few short weekend trips. This is exactly what we needed as normally had to ask friends to come feed the cat etc.
The new one works perfectly. It’s easy to connect and program through the app, and the portion control is perfect (unlike a previous one I had that was WAY off). I like the stainless steel bowl and the fact that the chute does not obstruct part of the bowl, so it’s easy for my cat to eat without having to navigate around it.I highly recommend this feeder if you’re looking for one!
The feeder has worked reliably so far and makes daily feeding much more convenient.
Setup was fairly simple and straightforward. Food dispenses as it should, and the portion schedule is easy to manage in the app.
Setup was fairlyThe feeder does what it’s supposed to do which is make life easier for you and your kitty by providing consistent feeding times wherever you are home, away, busy or free and the ability to drop a snack or full meal if running late.
This smart feeder is fantastic! The 4L capacity is perfect. Setting it up through the app via Wi-Fi was seamless. I love that the food-contact surfaces are stainless steel, making them clean, hygienic, and very easy to wash. It’s well worth the money and highly recommended for busy pet parents!
Only thing I do not like is that the bowl is too deep for a cat bowl and my cat is getting whisker fatigue. She will eat out of it if she has no other option but more readily eats the food when I put it in a bowl with a lower lip. Not sure if there is a good solution other than buying from a brand that has cat friendly bowls.
Love it. Scheduled portions dispense reliably, and the feeder gives me peace of mind when I’m away from home.
Very convenient for my schedule. My only complaint is that cleaning takes a little more time than I expected.
Exactly what I needed. Simple and works.
Honestly one of my favorite pet purchases. Wish I bought it sooner.
Works, but kinda loud.
My cat used to wake me up at 5am every morning for breakfast. Not anymore. Honestly worth it just for the extra sleep.
My cat used to beg for food all day. The scheduled feeding has helped a lot with his habits.
It’s fine. A few extra kibbles drop out sometimes.
The lid closes securely and my very determined orange cat has not managed to break into it yet. That alone is impressive.
I set this up for my parents because they sometimes forget which of them fed the cat. The app history makes that much easier to check, and the buttons are simple enough for them to use without calling me. We tested the schedule for a week and every meal came out on time.
So far so good!
This saves me so much time. I used to constantly wonder if I already fed my cat or not 😅
This feeder has made my mornings so much easier. Breakfast is handled before I even start my day.
Easy to clean. Tray feels cheap.
Looks nice and doesn’t take up much space. It fits perfectly in my kitchen.
We have two indoor cats and the 4L hopper lasts several days, which is exactly what I wanted. Scheduling four smaller meals was simple after I figured out the portion settings. The app looks a little dated, but the feeder itself has been dependable.
Works great! Easy setup and my cat got used to it really fast.
No more 5am wake-up calls!
Works great.
Good quality and my cat learned the routine quickly. Would love to see more portion settings in the future.
I work long hours and this has been a huge help. I don’t have to worry about getting home at the exact feeding time anymore. My cat gets his meals right on schedule every day.
The feeder itself is fine, but creating an account in the app felt unnecessary. I wish basic scheduling could be done directly on the machine.
I’ve had it running for a little over a month and it hasn’t missed a scheduled meal. The WiFi dropped once after our router updated, but the feeder kept the saved schedule and reconnecting took maybe two minutes. That backup behavior was reassuring.
Setup was easier than I expected. The app connected to my WiFi in about one minutes and the feeding schedule has worked perfectly so far.
I bought this because my cat likes to eat small amounts throughout the day. This has helped keep her feeding schedule consistent.
Perfect for early morning feedings. My cat has finally stopped scratching the bedroom door!!
The feeder works great. My cat needed a few days to get comfortable with the dispensing sound, but now no issues.
Good feeder. Short power cord.
Perfect for busy pet owners. Between work and everything else going on, this makes feeding one less thing to think about.
Overall I’m happy with it. It isn’t perfect, but it feeds on schedule and keeps our cat’s routine consistent when we’re away. Just make sure your WiFi is compatible before setting it up.
I bought this before a weekend trip and tested it for a full week beforehand. Every meal dispensed on time. I still had someone check on my cat, but this made feeding much easier and gave me some peace of mind.
Bought this before a weekend trip and it gave me so much peace of mind. I didn’t have to ask someone to stop by just to feed my cat.
Such a lifesaver 🙌 I don’t have to rush home anymore if I’m running late.
My cat adjusted surprisingly quickly. Now she goes straight to the feeder when she hears it.
I travel occasionally for work and this makes leaving home much less stressful. I know my cat won’t miss a meal.
The product itself works fine, but the instructions could be clearer. I had some trouble setting it up at the beginning. Once I figured it out, it worked as expected.
Reliable and pretty quiet.
Works well and does what it says. Setup was a little confusing at first, but after that everything has been good.
My cat comes running the second she hears it lol.
For the price, this has been a solid little feeder. My cat adjusted to the sound by the second day, the tray comes off easily for washing, and the schedule has stayed accurate. There are a couple awkward phrases in the app, but nothing that prevents you from using it.
My cat was scared of the sound at first, but after a few days she was waiting for it every morning. Pretty happy with it.
My cat was afraid of the sound at first. I put treats near the tray and after about three days she was totally fine with it.
My cat loves it 🐱❤️ She figured out the routine after just a few days. Now she waits by the feeder instead of waking me up early.
Works as advertised, although the plastic bowl slides around a little when my cat eats. I added a small nonslip mat underneath.
Super helpful for portion control. My vet said my cat needed to lose some weight, and this makes it much easier to stay consistant.
Really convenient when I’m working late. I like being able to send an extra portion from my phone.
Reliable and convenient. It does exactly what I needed it to do.
The feeding history is more useful than I expected. My partner and I both work changing schedules, so before this we occasionally fed the cat twice by accident. Now we can check the app first, and it also shows when an extra manual portion was given.
Great product ❤️ My pets have a much better routine now.
My kitten loves hearing the food drop. It’s become part of his daily routine now.
Great for busy pet parents.
Had trouble connecting it to WiFi. Turns out it only worked with my 2.4 GHz network, which wasn’t very clear in the quick instructions.
I was nervous about relying on an automatic feeder, so I put a camera near it for the first few days. It dispensed at the correct time every single time. The app notifications were helpful too.
Bigger than it looks. Nice!
Great for portion control. My cat would eat everything at once if I let him.
Not terrible, but the portion measurements are confusing. ‘One portion’ isn’t the same as one normal meal, so you have to experiment.
Great little feeder. My cat was eating way too fast before, and now his meals are spaced out better.
Very easy to use.
Food jammed twice with the kibble we normally use. Switched to a smaller kibble and it has worked better, but buyers should know that size matters.
Best with small kibble.
Love the scheduling feature. I set four small meals instead of two large ones and my cat isn’t eating so fast anymore.
No more 5 AM wake-up calls from my cat... This honestly fixed one of my biggest daily problems.
My senior cat needs consistent meal times and this has made things much easier for both of us.
Good feeder overall. Portions are a little smaller than I imagined, so I had to adjust the serving number a few times.
Really like this feeder overall. My cat uses it every day. I just wish the food container was a little bigger for longer trips.
Set it once and it just works.
Breakfast is finally not my job anymore. My cat figured out the sound on day one.
The schedule has been reliable and the hopper is a good size. I took off one star because the portion labels in the app were confusing at first.
Way easier than scooping food at 6 every morning.
It feeds on time, but mine drops a few pieces after the motor stops. Not a deal breaker, just messy.
I travel for work a couple nights each month, and this has made those trips much less stressful. I still have someone check on my cat, of course, but I no longer have to ask them to visit at an exact meal time. The feeder has stayed on schedule even when the app wasn't open.
Simple, quiet, dependable.
Works great with our regular small kibble. The tray is easy to remove, although food dust collects around the dispenser opening and needs a quick wipe every few days.
My cat stopped yelling at me before sunrise. Five stars for that alone.
Connection took maybe three minutes. I scheduled three meals and they all dispensed right on time during my test week.
Good feeder, slightly clunky app.
We use it for our senior cat, who does better with small meals throughout the day. Being able to spread his food across five feedings has helped with scarfing and he seems more settled between meals. The machine isn't silent, but the sound is brief and he now treats it like a dinner bell.
My little food thief hasn't broken into it yet, which is honestly impressive.
Does exactly what I bought it for.
I have two cats and use this mostly for their early meal. They both crowd the bowl, so I wish the tray were a little wider, but the timer itself has been flawless.
I was worried the WiFi setup would be a pain, but it connected on the first try. The feeding log is useful when my husband and I are on different schedules because we can see whether somebody already gave an extra portion.
No missed meals so far.
Portions are consistent once you dial in the right number. It took me a few tries because one 'portion' is smaller than I expected.
This feeder made a bigger difference in our routine than I expected. Our cat used to start pacing around the kitchen an hour before dinner. Now she waits near the feeder instead and doesn't bother whoever is cooking. Cleaning is straightforward, and the lid seals well enough that she can't nose it open.
Great for portion control.
My cat hears the motor from across the house and comes sprinting. It's become the funniest part of our morning.
Reliable overall. I would like a longer power cord and clearer instructions for reconnecting after a router change.
I tested every scheduled slot before leaving for a weekend and all of them worked. The container held more than enough food, and the app notifications matched what I saw on our pet camera. I still wouldn't leave a pet totally unattended, but this is a very helpful backup for meal times.
Fast setup and no drama.
Mine is louder than I expected in a quiet apartment. It works, but my nervous cat needed about a week to stop jumping at the sound.
The top locks securely and keeps the food fresh. Our cat has tried every angle and still can't get in.
Pretty solid for the price. Scheduling is easy after the first setup, and manual feeding from the app responds quickly. The bowl material feels lighter than the rest of the unit, so I handle it carefully when washing.
Finally sleeping past 5:30.
We started with two meals and gradually moved to four smaller ones. The schedule change was easy in the app, and our cat seems less frantic around food now.
I've owned this for about three months. It has kept time through brief internet outages, and the saved schedule still ran when our service was down one morning. That was the feature I didn't know I needed. The hopper is also easy to refill without removing the whole unit from the counter.
Good machine. Instructions could be better.
Our cat adjusted immediately and now sits beside it five minutes before every meal like she can read a clock.
The feeding record is accurate and makes it easy to check the day's meals. This matters in our house because three people share pet duties and we used to double-feed by accident. It also dispenses consistently with the small dry food our cat eats.
Works every day. That's all I needed.
The feeder itself has been dependable, but I had to contact support to understand the portion size. Once that was sorted out, it has been easy to use.
Perfect for our weekday routine. We fill it on Sunday and check the food level midweek. The lid stays closed, the schedule is consistent, and our cat no longer associates us with every single meal. Honestly, the reduced morning begging has been the best part.
Quiet enough for our kitchen.
I like that I can send a small extra serving remotely when we're running late. The command usually goes through within a second or two, and the app confirms it afterward.
Overall I'm happy with it. The unit is compact, the lid feels secure, and meals come out on time.
